These primers are excellent to test cDNA via PCR (not qrt PCR), they give a very clean band with minimal spurious binding. Here is the cycle info:

35 cycles of:
94 C 1 min
60 C 2 min
72 C 1 min
Then
72 C 10 min
4 C forever
Primer Tm: 64 and 63.1 for upper and lower respectively.
